To set up your Circle integration:
Make sure your current Circle.so, the subscription plan supports API Access. The integration will not work otherwise.
In Circle
- Confirm that your Circle.so subscription plan supports APIs.
- In Circle, go to Developers and then Tokens.
- Create a new Admin v1 token, and copy the token.
- Create a new Admin v2 token, and copy the token.
Circle API has limitations, therefore we require both v1 and v2 tokens at the moment. Once Circle implements all functionality in its v2 API, v1 token won't be necessary.
In Talkbase
- Under the "Workspace" section in the navigation panel, click "Integrations."
- Paste v1 and v2 tokens you've just created in Circle.so and click Install
That's it! Talkbase starts syncing your Circle data immediately, which can take up to a few hours depending on your community's size.
