Circle.so integration

Connect Talkbase to Circle.so to sync community members and community activity.

You can connect Talkbase to your Circle account to better manage your community operations, allowing you to synchronize data across platforms.

To setup your Circle integration:

• Under the "Workspace" section in the navigation panel, click on "Settings" and then click on "Integrations".

The Talkbase:Circle.so integration allows you to:

• Sync all community members into Talkbase
• Sync community activity Posts

Here are the fields from Circle that we currently capture: 

• users
  • email address
  • first name, last name
  • username
  • avatar
  • status (whether active/inactive) 

• channels
• posts
• comments
• likes

Note: Currently the integration only supports Posts, not Chat, Events, or Courses.

To set up the integration with Circle.so:

• Confirm that your Circle.so subscription plan supports APIs.
• In Circle, go to Settings and then select API.
• Create a new token, and copy the token.
• Go to Talkbase and click on Integrations in the navigation panel.
• Scroll down to Circle and click the Install button.

• Paste your token that you copied from Circle.so.

  

• Select which community from Circle.so you'd like to set up for the integration.
