Luma integration

Sync Luma events and their attendees into Talkbase

You can connect your Luma account to synchronize data into Talkbase.

Before you start the setup

To integrate Luma with Talkbase, you need a Luma Plus plan that enables integration with other platforms like Talkbase. Integration is not possible without API access.

Setup your Luma integration

1. Navigate to "Workspace" in the sidebar, then click on "Integrations" and switch to the "Community" tab. Find the Luma integration in the "Available integrations" list and click "Install".

2. Go to your Luma settings and copy the API key. If you don't have an API key, create a new one using the "Create API Key".

3. Return to Talkbase, enter the API Key in the "Luma API key" input box, and click "Install".

4. Luma integration has been successfully installed. Data sync should have been finished in minutes. The initial sync might take longer for Luma accounts with hundreds of events.

  • Automatically sync all Luma events and their attendees.
  • CRM contact is created for each event attendee.

ℹ️ Tips & Useful Information:

  • You can see the events a contact has attended.

  • You can filter contacts using the "Registration by an event" filter. Other filters, such as "Event attendee checked-in", also work with Luma events.

  • Luma events are not currently included in the "Events" add-on. If you would like to see Luma events included here, you can submit this feature idea to our list.
