Sync your Contacts and Companies from Salesforce into Talkbase for better insights

You can connect Talkbase with your SFDC account, allowing you to synchronize data across platforms.

Setup your Salesforce integration

You need a Business plan or trial to install Salesforce integration.

1. Under the "Workspace" section in the navigation panel, click on "Settings", then click on "Integrations" and select "Business" tab.

2. Log in to your Salesforce account in the popup window.

3. Approve permissions for Talkbase.

4. You will see Salesforce integration added. Sync of has started at this point and should have been finished in minutes (depending on how much data you have). The sync could take a while for large Salesforce accounts.

The Salesforce and Talkbase integration allows you to:

  • Automatically sync all Salesforce Contacts and Companies (Accounts of type Business in Salesforce) every hour

ℹ️ Tips & Useful Information:

  • Contacts and Companies synced from Salesforce have a Salesforce icon in Talkbase, both in lists and details
  • You will see Company size and Industry properties from Salesforce in detail of the company at Talkbase, together with associated contacts
