Projects and tasks overview

Keep your community projects running smoothly and on time with Talkbase by creating project boards and assigning tasks.

Tasks allow you to manage projects, action items, due dates, owners, and collaborate on community initiatives.

You can find Tasks by clicking "Projects & Tasks" under the "Build" section of the navigation panel.


Here you will be able to see all current projects, the team members involved, and the progress of tasks for each project.

Create a new project

To create a new project:

  • Click on the "Create project" button in the upper right corner.
  • Enter a project name to title your board.
  • Enter a short description.
  • Click "Create board".

From there, you can start creating Tasks for your new project!


There are two views available:

  • Active Boards: This is the default display and shows all active boards.

    Archived Boards: This view shows all boards that have been archived.

You can switch views by clicking on the icons in the upper right corner by the Create board button.
