Export your post-event data

Export your event data into Excel, or import the data into HubSpot or Mailchimp.

After your event has taken place, you can export the event data to track event success. If you have the HubSpot or Mailchimp integrations set up, you can also import the information directly into HubSpot or Mailchimp.

Download the event data to Excel

To export the data into Excel:

  • Click on the specific event and go to the "Registrations" tab. Click on the "Export" dropdown button and select "Download XLSX".
  • The file will automatically download to your computer.
  • You can then use the file to either import it into another platform or analyze the data directly in Excel.

Import the data into HubSpot

*Note: You must have the HubSpot integration set up for your Talkbase workspace in order to use this feature. For more information on the HubSpot integration, check out this help article.

Talkbase will create a HubSpot list. You have the option to create multiple lists from a single event with different filters to create more customized campaigns.

  • Click on the specific event and go to the "Registrations" tab. Click on the "Export" dropdown button and select "Select and send to HubSpot".
  • Name your list.
  • Set up optional custom filters by "confirmation status" or by "check-in".
  • Click "Send to HubSpot".

Import the data into Mailchimp

*Note: You must have the Mailchimp integration set up for your Talkbase workspace in order to use this feature. For more information on the Mailchimp integration, check out this help article.

When your event ends, you can select which registrations you want to include in your import list.
