      Contact Enrichment for CRM Contacts

      Unlock additional contact information by using Talkbase’s contact enrichment feature

      🧬 What is Community Contact Enrichment?

      Community Contact Enrichment is designed to empower you with comprehensive information about your contacts within the Talkbase CRM. By leveraging this tool, you can enhance your existing contact database with valuable details, turning basic contact information into a rich and detailed resource. All that is required to enrich a contact is an email address.

      How to enrich a contact:

      ⭐ Select contact you’d like to enrich and select Enrich button.

      ⭐ Enriching a contact will cost one enrichment credit. If no information is publicly available or the contact is being enriched within the same period, no enrichment credits will be used.

      *Note: Enrichment credits may cost extra. Please check your “Plans & Billings” page to check your enrichment credit allocation, and if you need to upgrade your plan, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at support@talkbase.io.

      ⭐ The enrichment page will show the original contact and current profile (left), found enrichment results (center left), the actions to use found information (center right), and final profile details (right).

      ⭐ Options to enrich a contact include:

      • Replace All7
      • Set as Primary
      • Add as Secondary
      • Add/Update
      • Replace
      • Do nothing

                     

      ⭐Finalize changes by selecting “Enrich contact with selected changes”.

      ⭐ The most recent enrichment request will show here ⬇️

      ⭐ Hovering over the latest enrichment will show details of when and which fields were enriched.

      Enrichment credits & pricing

      🪙 Credits reload monthly based on the following plans:

      • NGO / Free / Basic: 0 credits per year
      • Small Team: 100 credits per month
      • Business: 350 credits per month
      • Custom: 850 credits per month
      • Free Trial: 10 credits in trial (credits do not transfer at the end of free trial to Free Plan)
