What is Bulk Contact Enrichment 🧬?

Bulk (or mass) community contact enrichment is designed to enhance a list of contacts simultaneously! Just like individual contact enrichment, all that is required is the contact’s email address to get started.

Community Contact Enrichment is designed to empower you with comprehensive information about your contacts within the Talkbase CRM. By leveraging this tool, you can enhance your existing contact database with valuable details, turning basic contact information into a rich and detailed resource.

Possible use cases of bulk contact enrichment include:

• Enriching all contacts from a platform integration that have an email.
• Enriching all contacts from an event registration.
• Enriching all contacts that visited any events from this year.
• Enriching all contacts from a company list.

How to enrich a list of contacts:

⭐ Select a static or dynamic list of contacts that need enrichment. In the top righthand corner, you’ll find “Enrich contacts” in the ellipses dropdown menu.

⭐ The next page will display filters that you can use to parameter which contacts get enriched.

⭐ You’ll be able to see how many contacts will be enriched and how many credits it can potentially cost. If no information is publicly available or the contact has already been enriched within the same period, no enrichment credits will be used. *Note: Enrichment credits may cost extra. Please check your “Plans & Billings” page to check your enrichment credit allocation, and if you need to upgrade your plan, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at support@talkbase.io.

⭐ The enrichment page will show an example of the original contact and current profile (left), found enrichment results (center left), the actions to use found information (center right), and final profile details (right).

• Replace All
• Set as Primary
• Add as Secondary
• Add/Update
• Replace
• Do nothing
