Organize and segment your members by creating custom tags that you can filter and create lists with.
Tags provide a useful way to add additional organization to your contacts, events, projects, tasks, and advocate contributions throughout Talkbase.
To add or remove a tag to a task:
- Under Tags, click on "Add new tag". If you already have tags on the task, you'll simply click the plus sign "+".
- You'll be able to search for an existing tag or create a new tag.
- To remove a tag, click on the "x" by the tag you want to remove.
To delete a tag, click on the triple dot by the tag, and click on "Delete this tag".
To add a tag to a contact:
- Open a contact's details by clicking on them.
- Click Add new tag, or if the contact already has a tag, click on the plus sign "+".
- You'll be able to search for an existing tag or create a new tag.
- To remove a tag, click on the "x" by the tag you want to remove.
Filter boards by tags:
If you are looking at a project board, you can filter the board to view specific tags you designate.
- Click on the Filter by tags button in the upper right corner.
- Select the tags of the tasks you'd like to see.
