Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Can you remove a user from multiple workspaces?

Workspaces function as their own entities and are not connected to one another. As such, you can only remove a user from one workspace at a time. However, if you need to remove a user from all of your workspaces, please email us at hi@talkbase.io and we'd be happy to assist you.

What happens to the activities and tasks owned by the user whose access was disabled?

Removed members will be unassigned from all the activities, such as tasks.

Can I re-add the user to the workspace?

If you decide to bring back your workspace member, all activities (such as assigned tasks, ownership) will be reassigned back unless they have been assigned to someone else.
