Let us know if you have any product ideas or feedback that you'd like to see in Talkbase.
We're so excited for what Talkbase offers to community operations professionals around the world, but obviously, our job isn't done quite yet. There are still SO many things we can do, features we can release, and improvements we can implement, to make Talkbase the best that it can be. To that end, we want to build our product roadmap and product based off of what YOU (our amazing customers and community) find important.
We use Canny to provide roadmap transparency on what we are working on. Additionally, you have the ability to add your own product feedback and enhancement ideas, as well as vote on existing ideas.
To check out Canny, go to https://talkbase.canny.io/. You will need to be logged in in order to submit or vote on any ideas, although anyone can view the open ideas.
There are currently two categories of ideas:
- Talkbase Feature Ideas - general product ideas.
- Integration Requests - specifically for integrations that you would like to see built.
To vote on an idea, simply click on the upvote button.
To submit a new idea, click into the category for which the idea belongs. From there you will see a form to "Create a Post".
