At Talkbase, we want to give you the flexibility to choose a plan that works for you and your team. All plans start off with a 21-day free trial of the Business Plan. After the free trial, workspaces that have not been upgraded will be downgraded to the Free Plan, which you can use forever if it fits your needs! However, if you need additional features and capacity, like more members or additional integrations, we provide the following upgraded paid plans.

Talkbase Analytics is the newest feature with Talkbase, creating custom dashboards bringing together cross-functional data to show community ROI across the business. Because each community's setup is different and these are built complete bespoke based on your needs, we ask that you speak with us so we can provide you a personalized quote. 🎨 Non-profit discounted pricing
We are excited to support non-profit organizations by providing either free or highly discounted pricing, depending on the subscription plan you need.
Sign up for a free trial and reach out to hi@talkbase.io with proof of your organization’s non-profit status. For example, in the US, you will need to submit your 501(c)(3). We will review and will let you know if you qualify for non-profit pricing.
If you qualify, you’ll be able to benefit from the following discounts:
- Free Plan for free (obviously)
- Basic Plan for free (100% discount)
- Small Team Plan & Business Team Plan (40% discount*)
- Enterprise/Analytics Pricing - chat with us
*Discount does not include contact enrichment or a la carte items (e.g. additional seats, integrations, CRM contacts).
Frequently Asked Questions
How are integrations counted?
Integrations are distinguished between Community Integrations and Business Integrations.
- Community Integrations are set up with your community platforms, like Slack, Discord, Circle, or GitHub.
- Business Integrations are set up with other platforms in your company's tech stack, like Mailchimp and HubSpot.
How are contacts counted towards the limit?
Contacts that match any of the following criteria are counted towards your limit:
- Any contact which has an email address
- Member of your community (e.g. in Slack or Discord)
- Event audience
